These air-operated volumetric fillers are fully constructed in food garde materials (methacrylate, food-grade polyethyline, and stainless steel).

Any type of container can be filled with low to medium viscosity product. Also particularly suitable for filling tinplate cans with edible oil. Containers of all types, glass and any other material, can be filled.
  
 
Excellent performance also with non-food foamy products, such as cleanser, shampoos, bubble bath liquids, etc. All machine components in contact with filling products can withstand the attack of even very aggresive chemical substances.

For products that makes a lot of foam, for example detergents or shampoo, this filler can be equipped with a special submerged nozzle: by means of a pneumatic system, the nozzle comes down on the bottom of the container to fill up gradually when the level of the product is increasing, avoiding foam's formation.

  • Filling volumes can be easily selected within a 200 to 5,000 ml. range.

  • The product can be sucked from a container placed below the unit as well as from a storage container. The machine can be easily placed anywhere without the need for special settings or arrangements.

  • Container to be filled are placed on a support suitably located to allow easy and comfortable operations by the machine operator.
