The DURFO 600 filling and capping machine is designed for filling jars with dense products and capping with Twist Off capsules.


Fully electrowelded stainless steel base place on 4 adjustable supports( in alternative place on wheels).

 
 
All operations take place on line, complete machine designed for independent operation, supplied with chain, transmission and rectangular storage table with drive. Certified CE conformity.

Volumetric filler :

The Durfo 600 monobloc can be adapted to customer requirements, depending on the product to be packed and the type of container, using the following accessories:

  • plunging nozzle for particularly dense products in order to avoid the formation of air bubbles
  • nozzle with drop-free buffer valve for very fluid products
  • timed gravitational filler for the addition of small quantities of preservation liquid
  • Vacuum Capping
  • Stainless steel hopper, mirrorlike polished, capacity 15 / 30 L.
